The strategic partnership between BOS Capital and Douglas Capital Partners began in 2014 with a joint focus on generating long term wealth through real estate investment in the Midwest. The partnership's investment thesis is focused on the acquisition of existing industrial and office real estate.
Cypress Partners
BOS Capital’ relationship with Cypress Partner began in 2007 prior to the Great Financial Crisis, after getting caught through the turmoil together the two firms relationship grew even stronger. Together the partnership now focuses on developing multi-family and senior living housing projects in south eastern Michigan.
